We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when completing the Maturity Assessment on our site:

Name
Business email address
Company
Assessment answers (maturity band and score obtained)

We do not collect sensitive data, we do not use tracking cookies, and we do not employ third-party tools to monitor your browsing.

2. How we use your data

We use the data you provide exclusively to:

Generate and deliver your assessment result;
Get in touch to share recommendations and discuss your operation, where you request or authorise it;
Comply with legal obligations, where applicable.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent (LGPD, art. 7, I), given when you tick the authorisation box on the form.

3. Who we share it with

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Form submissions are processed by the FormSubmit service, which only forwards the information to our email address. We do not keep your data in public databases or on third-party servers beyond what is needed to deliver that message.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data only for as long as it is needed to respond to you and maintain the business relationship. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your rights (LGPD, art. 18)

At any time, you may request:

Confirmation that we process your data;
Access to the data we hold about you;
Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
Withdrawal of consent and deletion of your data.
